Scoring an instrument
Interactive scoring runs entirely in your browser. Your selections are held in the page and nowhere else. They are not stored on your device, they are not transmitted to us, they are not transmitted to anybody, and closing or reloading the page clears them. We never see a score, and we could not retrieve one if asked. If you want a record of a score, print the page or use the printed workbooks.
The newsletter
If you subscribe we hold your email address, the date you subscribed and which form you used. We use it to send the assessment pack and one short email a month. We do not sell, rent or share the list, we do not use it for anybody else's marketing, and we do not profile subscribers. You can unsubscribe from any email, and unsubscribing removes the address.
What this site does not do
- No advertising network, no programmatic advertising, no advertising cookies.
- No third-party tracking pixels, no social media trackers, no session recording.
- No cross-site profiling and no data sold to anybody.
The site loads a web font from a third-party font service, which will receive your IP address as part of that request in the ordinary way. Nothing else on the page calls a third party.
Server logs
Our hosting provider processes requests and holds ordinary operational information about them for a limited period for security and reliability purposes. We do not use that information to identify readers or to build profiles.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will act within the statutory period. Write to desk@rankmyclinic.co.uk. The Information Commissioner's Office publishes guidance on those rights and is the supervisory authority if you wish to complain.
Changes
If this page changes materially we will say so in the newsletter rather than amending it silently.
